	Scott G. Kyle is the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Coastwise. Mr. Kyle has over 20 years of investing and trading experience. During that time he has developed an expertise in employing sophisticated options strategies as a means of hedging equity positions and generating income. Mr. Kyle is the author of the book The Power Curve: Smart Investing Using Dividends, Options, and the Magic of Compounding. He co-founded and was a principal source of early stage investment funding for the publicly traded The Active Network, Inc., (ACTV), named for four years in a row as one of North America's fastest growing companies by Deloitte (Fast 500). Today Active has over 3,000 employees worldwide. Mr. Kyle holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa), a General Course Degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard University. His Wall Street analyst, private equity, hedge fund, and public market stock investing/trading experience is invaluable to the sophisticated and effective money management at Coastwise.
	Joclyn McManimen is the Director of Business Development of Coastwise. Mrs. McManimen brings over ten years experience in marketing and advertising, having worked for companies including National Cinema Network (now National Cinemedia), 944 Magazine & KGTV Channel 10 News. Raised in Southern California, Mrs. McManimen proudly earned her degree in Communications at the University of California at San Diego.
	Brian Lavoie serves on the Coastwise team as Financial Analyst/Trader and is responsible for industry and company analysis, portfolio analysis, portfolio trading, and compliance policy and procedure implementation. Mr. Lavoie brings more than a decade’s experience in the financial services industry to the Coastwise team. Mr. Lavoie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Providence College in Providence, RI.
	Lauren Doffing serves Coastwise Capital Group as Executive Assistant. She brings years of administrative experience in the service, staffing and sporting industries where her strengths have been found in business operations and client relations. Ms. Doffing holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach and is currently enrolled in the Human Resources Management program at UCSD Extension.

Complementing Coastwise's key personnel is a carefully selected team of staff associates and third party professionals, charged with supporting the day to day administration of Coastwise Capital's operations.
